Even when I got it through door dash I was happy and surprised at how fast it got to me and how hot it was. I've only had a few things on the menu but they are great. If you really like lasagna or Alfredo you can't go wrong. The side salads are also pretty good and I definitely recommend the Italian ices with the warmer weather.

Even though they were clearly very busy and I had to call three times with my questions, Nikki was always professional, kind, and helpful. I placed a DoorDash order from this Fazoli’s, and when it arrived, everything was fresh and piping hot, with my name clearly labeled on the sealed package. All the items were there, including the Parmesan packets I had called to request. They even used partitions to keep the hot and cold food separate. My salad and cheesecake were perfectly chilled, as if they had just come straight from the cooler. Terri Ann, Kaitlin, and Nikki are amazing, and I’ll definitely be ordering from this location many more times. This is exactly how a business should be run—thank you, Southside Fazoli’s!

It offers true fast food Italian—yes, fast food Italian—with a menu featuring pasta, pizza, lasagna, breadsticks, and more. I visited recently while in Lansing, and the lunch deal is the best value among fast food options, allowing you to sample different items rather than just sticking to one (unless you prefer that). The staff was incredibly friendly; a lady who has worked there for 22 years helped me and clearly knew her menu inside and out. The only downside is the lack of nearby Fazoli's locations. I really hope they open one in Haslett, Okemos, Owosso, Howell, or Flint. I’d be a 500-pound happy customer! I love this place and highly recommend it 100%.
