I had a terrible experience a few years ago in this Dennys and since then no longer returned. my fiancée wanted Dennys to be really bad, so we decided to give h... read more I had a terrible experience a few years ago in this Dennys and since then no longer returned. my fiancée wanted Dennys to be really bad, so we decided to give him another chance. I'm glad we did it. our server was katie. After bringing our drinks, she noticed that it was extremely cold from our table and offered us to move, which was very appreciated. our food came out quite quickly and it was very good. she has accidentally 2 extra pancakes (we have cinnamon roll pancakes instead of regular, which is why there are 2 extra pancakes on the bill) but since she plucked them on the table, she told us we could have them simply and the additional cost out of the bill. my only complicity was that the hashbrowns were still hard/undeveloped in the middle. besides that eating was great! at the end of the meal she asked if we wanted to box and even asked if we needed syrup to go. I thought that was really thoughtful. this experience made itself definitiw on the many terrible experiences I had in years before.

Never woul... read more Ordered takeout didn’t see my country fried steak just my pancakes I got as a side. I called up to restaurant and was told to look under my pancakes. Never would I thought they would put PANCAKES with icing on top of country fried steak. How gross that I had to open up my meal and see icing all mixed in with my gravy. Quickly asked for a refund over the phone and I was told I need to talk to manager no sorry no let me fix this for you, just a silent person on the phone I will NEVER order food from them again. Not the first mess up, they easily owe me so much messed up food from the past few months but I’m done giving them chances after chances. Use common sense next time you pack food. Please thank you. Doesn’t the strawberries and gravy look delightful. YUCK.

My fiancé really wanted to give Denny's another chance, so we decided to try it again. I'm glad we did. Our server, Katie, was excellent. She noticed that our table was extremely cold after bringing our drinks and offered to move us, which we appreciated. Our food arrived quickly and was delicious. Katie accidentally added 2 extra pancakes to our bill, but she kindly told us we could keep them without charging us extra. The only issue we had was that the hashbrowns were still a bit undercooked in the middle. Other than that, the food was great. At the end of our meal, Katie asked if we wanted boxes and if we needed syrup to go. I thought that was very considerate. This experience was a complete turnaround from the terrible experiences I had years ago.

The prices... read more The restaurant was serene and the service was quick. The waitress was exceptionally friendly. The food was delicious, but be prepared to come hungry. The prices were very reasonable and the coffee was exceptional. Refills were provided without having to ask, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended.
