The cashier was pleasant and welcoming, but unfortunately, the food left much to be desired. I ordered crab rangoons, which were just filled with cream cheese and tasted quite terrible. I also tried the sesame chicken with shrimp fried rice, but it was all hot and mushy, which I really dislike. The only item that wasn't too bad were the egg rolls. All in all, this will be my first and last visit to this restaurant.

The food had a burnt taste and left a terrible aftertaste. I ordered lo mein and egg drop soup, but I ended up throwing the soup away because it was so unpleasant. I forced myself to finish the lo mein since I had already paid for it. On a positive note, the staff were friendly.

Food is always fresh, cooked to order, and full of flavor. So I've never been to an Asian country to be able to compare for authenticity, so if that's what you're looking for....I can't help you. If you are looking for Chinese fast food done well, in Lansing, this is your place. I love their egg rolls, sesame chix, lover's delight (I ask for it, not spicy), beef n broccoli, and this is the ONLY place I'll order crab Rangoon. The vegetables are always cooked perfectly, not soggy! If you're looking to save money, you could definitely share a meal between 2 ppl. I always have leftovers.
