Cask Company - Lansing

We had reservations and were seated outside. Our waitress was really nice. The menu is humongous and has a ton of variety (Sushi, burgers, an Indian dish, salads, and bar food). I didn?t look at the drink menu since I didn?t drink, but I?m sure that?s big too. Long story short, I highly recommend the Bison Mountain Burger! It was everything I expected. I would just ask for a side of ketchup, ranch, or mayo as it was a little on the dry side but I would still get this again. Their fries are AMAZING if you love garlic. So tasty. My girlfriend got the Brussels and spicy tuna and she liked both!

The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes to cater to all tastes. The staff are welcoming and the outdoor seating is stunning. There are plenty of choices available. However, one of the chicken wings was reported to taste old. Personally, I think the menu is overly extensive, covering too many different types of cuisine. A large menu can compromise the quality of the dishes.

My daughter chose this restaurant for her birthday dinner after browsing the menu online. We are so glad she did! The menu offers a wide variety of appetizers, entrees, and desserts in different food categories. I ordered the steak hibachi, my daughter had the mac and cheese, and another person in our group ordered sushi. There was something for everyone! The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and cool. I am sure we will be back again!

The online reservation system needs improvement as I had difficulty placing a reservation multiple times. Despite finally securing an outdoor reservation, I had to cancel due to weather and was unable to switch to an indoor one. Nonetheless, the staff were incredibly accommodating! We were able to find four chairs together at the bar where we received fantastic service from the bartender/server. The food, including the delicious Rainbow Roll and Great Wall, was excellent. The burger was also top-notch, as were the Parmesan fries and Philly egg rolls. The restaurant had a good vibe and I can't wait to return. Plus, they have Boss Cider on tap!

They have vegan options !! literally so happy whenever i find a place in Lansing with vegan options. i got the vegan burger and it was pretty good- my gf got the tofu sushi which was amazing. i will definitely return soon as the menu is HUGE and i wanna try more :
