I had a one night stay here. The place is new and clean. Very quiet rooms and in a good safe area. The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast service. Only one person to wait on many. Otherwise all was above average. Not a far drive from airport or MSP training area. I recommend visiting Horrocks farm market across the street. View all feedback.
What almousty doesn't like about Blume:
Smallest HGI room of any I have stayed at. HVAC system blew hot or cold on you does not cycle on/off, no auto selection built in. I don't recommend this hotel. There are many other options in the Lansing area. View all feedback.

Amazing! The food was absolutely delicious!! Service was phenomenal!!
Ordered the pulled pork nachos. $15 very large portion for being an appetizer. Limited menu, most items were very pricey.
This restaurant is located inside the Hilton Hotel. I gave their grilled chicken salad a shot and the sauces absolutely blew me away. The ranch tasted similar to Wing Stop recipe and they have this raspberry vinaigrette and it was a good ole time. In between bites of different cheese, veggies and egg and a mix of well seasoned chicken -it felt like a party in my mouth!! Waitress was very friendly and said she's tried the entire menu and made recommendations. How often do you hear that? Presentation was fantastic too. Can't wait to try other things later on.Vegetarian options: Different types of salad
