My friend had been going on for a while about how good Bake N' Cakes cupcakes were so I had to try them. I was not disappointed! The cupcakes are amazing there's so many yummy flavors to choose from. Also, they have great customer service. I'll be back soon for more cupcakes:
Had them make a birthday cake for my 93 year old grandma, not only was the cake beautiful but it was so dang delicious! I've never had a cake so soft and moist! Also for the price I paid was super cheap and I'm so happy how everything turned out. I will be a returning customer!
Let me just start by saying I’ve never written a negative review before but I’m pretty unhappy with my experience here. I paid $120 for 3 dozen specially designed sugar cookies. They were hard and tasted a day old. Not to mention ordering was a pain. I remember their cakes being amazing years ago. Maybe cookies just aren’t their thing?!??
We were more than happy with the cake that was made for my husbands 50th birthday. Not only was the detail perfect, the cake was absolutely delicious! Super moist and the frosting was out of this world. By far this has been the best bakery experience ever! I feel the look on my husbands face says it all in the picture.
The atmosphere here is quite unpleasant. The staff appears to be extremely unhappy. They won't let you order more than three dozen cupcakes without making an advance reservation. There are no dairy-free or gluten-free options available. It’s obvious that half of the items in the display case are partially baked and frozen. As for the cupcakes, they were disappointing; most of them went uneaten and ended up being thrown away. Overall, it felt like a waste of over $100.
