I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant tonight. The staff member I encountered was extremely rude and appeared upset about having to do her job. When I asked her to repeat the types of buns they had available—as they weren't the usual options—she told me I needed to pull the window down even though I couldn’t hear her. Is this a scam? I was charged twice for my order. Two days later, I'm still waiting for a refund. When I called, an employee who claimed to be the manager told me that I would automatically receive a refund, but didn't even ask about my order or when it took place. Update: The owner just replied with a link to an account complaint from Arby’s corporate. Still no refund!
The jamacha shake was good, but I wasn't impressed with the roasted bark slider. It wasn't hot, the cheese wasn't melted, and the bun was tough!

Worse experience in a long time!! It was not even busy(2 cars)and I was there for 30mins in the drive thru. I ordered 2 meals both medium with cokes and they even messed that up. No specialty sandwiches or crazy requests the fries were cold and disgusting. I watched the lady pour diet coke and than she had an attitude when I asked if they were diet she said yes and I told her that I ordered coke. My receipt even said coke. I was very polite from start to finish even after her huffing and puffing and eye rolling. I won't be back to this location.
I thought the Arby 's on MLK was horrible until I dealt with the very unfriendly and rude night manager. I 've been to this location multiple times before once at night, the others during the day. Every time I 've been something has always been wrong. Either they forget something or don 't make my order correct. Tonight took the cake for me. I specifically asked once I got to the window about my order and what they forgot the last time. The new girl made sure that I knew she was new and said that their making it correctly. I figured the manager remembered me from our last encounter. So anyways i didnt leave i pulled up to check my food and low and behold they made the same mistake as last time. I pull back, they tell me to pull back up...mind u, we have to wait on other orders being served first before we can even get our correct food. Understandable. Finally get back to the window and the manager hands me a bag that was really light...it must be the bacon they forgot to put on my wrap . So I asked the Manager ...am I supposed to put this on myself and she says...Yes. Just remember this is not my mistake it is theirs...and I still have yet to get the customer service experience I should have in the beginning. So I have cold wraps and a bowl of bacon. Unacceptable!!
