What User doesn't like about Regency Cafe:
This place was a local gem for years. Now it’s rarely open it’s posted business hours. My partner had been scolded twice for walking in the open front door during posted business hours, being told “we’re not open!” by owner. The food is generally good and there’s good coffee. Please please please SELL this to someone interested in running it . It was a busy shop with good food. I used to come several times a week. Then it started being closed for no apparent reason. It wasn't worth the trip to see if I might get lucky and find it open. Such a shame!
Excellent coffee in the heart of a thriving small town business district. Fresh baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, quiche, and other cafe nibbles offered in a cozy, local art filled, family run community hub. Often the gathering place for local groups and idea sharing. Also a presence at the seasonal weekly farmers market held across the street.
My wife and family have been going there for years and have enjoyed all of the food as well as the service. My personal favorites are the quiche and the scones. This place is a great start to any day.
