What User doesn't like about Nicky's Deep Dish Pizza:
I've eaten from this place a total 3 times. First 2 weren't bad and considering it is one of the few places offering decent Sicilian pizza in the area, I had no complaints. However, I ordered 2 Sicilian pizzas this weekend and one of them was completely burnt as pictured below. The missing pieces were also burnt but I ate the soft portion and discarded the crust. They bake from their home, very nice people you can not eat
Nicky's does some of the best pizza you can get in Montgomery County, and there's a nice variety of pizzas to choose from. We've had the Hawaiian, NY-style, Chicago, and Detroit style, and I'd get them all again, they were so good.I highly recommend the Detroit-style pizza if you haven't tried it before. If you want a little extra, try the craft sodas available from Reading Premium. They really hit the spot.
Im sorry to say that was very disappointed with the sicilian pizza.the cheese was too strong and tasted like sharp provolone. the crust too chewy and not crispy as i had expected. also hardly any mushrooms. very
So freaking delicious! Yes, it is a residence and the food tastes 100% homemade and from the heart! The sauce was perfect, the toppings were perfect! Now if we could just figure out how to package it up and send it to GA that would also be perfect! 10/10!
Absolutely wonderful and extremely flavorful! We ordered through the Slice App and chose the Chicago deep dish with pepperoni and sautéed onions. We decided to pick it up in person and he brought it out to us! It’s in a nice location and was worth the wait (since it’s a small business I would just recommend being patient if there are any delays as everything seems to be extremely fresh and made to order! . As soon as we got the pizza it smelled absolutely mouth watering and tasted just as wonderful. Will definitely be going back!
