What a pleasant surprise this restaurant with just two options turned out to be! Tacos and fish? After a brief wait, we enjoyed a meal that reminded us of Long John Silver's, and it was absolutely spot on! The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. What User dislikes about Taco Bell:
I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru, and I had to repeat my order into the speaker three times. When I got to the window, they didn't double-check my order and I ended up being charged incorrectly for my meal. While the food was good, the service left much to be desired. View all feedback.

So... this is one of those reviews I struggle to write... Long John Silver 's is a dying brand, which is a crying shame. I will say our order took a while to come out which isn 't that surprising. 3pm on a Sunday isn 't exactly Prime Time for fried fish fast food. The other side of that coin is that our food was incredibly fresh. The team did the best they could, given the circumstances, but there was a bit of a what might have been hanging in rhe air.My wife also decried the lack of obvious sweet and sour sauce. I was oblivious that LJS Sweet and Sour sauce was a thing in the first place.

Our takeout order was mishandled, as two different meals were mixed together in the same container. Additionally, some of the fish was undercooked. To top it off, the staff member at the window was quite unprofessional; he delivered our order by carrying it on his shoulder.
I hadn't had the chance to eat at Long John Silver's in a while, so when we moved my son into his new apartment, I was excited to enjoy some classic fish and chips. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The fish was greasy and fell apart easily, the hush puppies were small and chewy, and the fries were just mediocre. While there were a decent number of crispy bits, they forgot our extra order of hush puppies, which meant $4 wasted since we didn't realize it until we returned to the apartment. On the other hand, the Taco Bell portion of the order met my expectations, with crunchy tacos and a Five Layer Burrito packed with plenty of ingredients. It's a shame that the Long John Silver's part of the meal didn't live up to the standard.

This place is a mystery to customers AND staff. Clearly they do a bulk of their business under the other name on the sign. Their fish is exceptionally average as is the chicken. Their soda fountain machine is on point with the mix and the hush puppies are BANGIN! Go here just for the hush puppies and you won't be mad. Avoid everything else here at all costs until they take things more seriously and show up and show out.
You know what? You haven't had hush puppies in waaaaay too long. It's time to remedy the fact that you're clearly not living your best life and head on over to LJS. Double down with a tray full of Chalupas from the Taco Bell that shares the space and think of it as a tandem bicycle zooming you off to a dream land of Mexi-seafood and caloric overload hallucinatory bliss.
Terrible. I should have checked the food before I drove home and I would have taken it right back in. Fish, shrimp, hushpuppies and French fries overcooked, hard and greasy. Coleslaw almost bad, inedible. I am calling them now.
We waited 15 minutes for our order, but some items were missing. Since their lobby was closed and they didn't answer their phone, we had to go back through the line and wait another 10 minutes. It was unbelievable.

What a surprise this 2 choice place is.. tacos and Fish? waited only a few minutes to recieve our Long John Silvers meal! it was perfect ! The people working there were kind , helpful and efficient. We did dine in. It was peaceful and clean.!!
Service here is the worst. We were trying to make an order inside and nobody was at the register. 5 guests waiting in line. Employees were to concerned with drive through. Really need to improve on customer service! Food just average.

I often order the $5 online exclusive box through the app. Tonight the app wasn 't working, so I went to the drive through and tried to ask if it was possible to get the deal anyway. Before I could even finish my question, the associate cut me off with anannoyed Nope. It is not my fault the app is not working. I was happy to pay regular price, I was just trying to ask aquestion. We didn 't eat there because of how rude the associate was.
Asked for no cheese on 6 tacos and got only cheese! We got 9 items with only the 4 hot sauces to split...attendant even said here's extra. Oh and no ice in the drink, they used too much earlier.

They forgot an item from my order, and of course it was the one thing I was really looking forward to. The guacamole looks like it was made yesterday. This Taco Bell usually gets my drive-thru orders right, but I consistently have issues when I order through DoorDash.
I strongly advise against ordering from this Taco Bell. I've placed two orders, and both experiences were disappointing. The first time, my order was just tossed into the bag without any wrapping, making it look like it had been run over by a car. The second time, my order was missing several items, and half of what I received still had cheese on them, despite my request to have it removed due to my allergy.
This is yet another experience where Taco Bell messed up our order and completely forgot to send one type of taco (soft) all together.
My order was incomplete. The driver mentioned that she asked about the missing item, but they told her it wasn't part of the order. However, it’s clearly listed in both my order and on the receipt, so it seems like a real oversight on their part to miss it.
Order was fast, hot, and still crunchy!

The dining area was closed due to COVID, and it seemed like nothing was being cooked. There was no fish available, and several people were stuck waiting in the drive-thru with no staff to help them. It was obvious they were short-staffed. The location is pretty remote, which makes it even less convenient. I was lucky to get my two hush puppies, but there was no syrup provided. We ended up waiting a long time at Long John Silver's today and only bought two small coleslaws. In the end, my husband chose to cook at home because of the wait. We had planned to bring our sons here for Christmas, but now we're wondering if we can order online or by phone for pickup instead.
