Very nice hotel restaurant with a good atmosphere. We made a one night stop after visiting the castle. The dishes of the restaurant are of a gastronomic level, the dish of snails with chanterelle mushrooms is delicious, the melting meat, only happiness. The rooms are very well kept, quiet. The worst restaurant we visited during our vacation in Auvergne... Very poor welcome. The waiter has an answer for everything, even when I tell him that my green salad is full of dirt. Restaurant well placed on the square of the church, the environment is pleasant. We took menus at 35 euros. The dishes were very good, well balanced, congratulations to the chef! The pleasant service and the warm atmosphere. It is a very good address located in Lanobre, pretty small village and close to Val Castle to make a nice walk.
I drink my coffee very often. The place is pretty, the service is great. Laurent and Jacques are very nice. The restaurant is a delight and Huguette is great. I didn't try the hotel. I love this place and we eat very well.
