In the middle of a crowded summer market, our 3-year-old son had a pressing desire. Access was refused to us under the pretext: “we already don't have many toilets for consumers so go to the public toilets” (public toilets which were at the other end). For an establishment that promotes “happiness” on its front, you should show a little empathy! Our son didn't have time to get to the toilet, thank you for your help!... View all feedback.
