Visually each was very appe... read more We had a delightful Michelin meal at L’Anthocyane. The service is attentive. Each dish had a wonderful blend of flavors and texture. Visually each was very appealing. I have had Saint Pierre fish four times on this long trip this was the best. The fish was cooked perfectly and was a great texture. The sauces and creamed carrot were delectable. The cherry chocolate desert was a nice ending. You will enjoy your visit as much as we did.

The flavors of the dishes blend wonderfully well and the service is irreproachable! If we go back on vacation in the corner we will definitely go back!

We often frequent the good restaurants and passage for the holidays, I must say that we were very pleasantly surprised by the 'anthocyane'. The hotel is modern and spacious. We enjoyed every detail, such as the beautiful paper that is used for wine map, refined and modern dishes or towels in fabrics in the toilet. The team is smiling and attentive without being too present. The dishes were simply fabulous. Beautiful presentations, faultless agreements but also gustative surprises. This establishment deserves its star and we highly recommend it because the price quality ratio is pretty amazing. Thanks for this great moment and for having adapted the meal to the food constraints of my wife. However, I will have a little criticism that is constructive, I hope you will forgive me. I found the frustrating dessert spoons. In the sense that they are fairly deep and at the same time quite narrow so there is a little dessert at the bottom all the time. So it doesn't allow as much food as your desserts deserve.

Unexcited but very attentive service, each individual dish a revelation, the sommelier very attentive and the selected wines matched 100% to the dishes and were excellent. If it were possible, we would also forgive 6 stars. This restaurant alone was worth our trip to Brittany.
