I really like this particular SweetFrog location in Maryland more than the others. They have a great selection of yummy toppings, and I've never been let down. The place is also very clean, and all the frozen yogurt flavors are available. On 2-21, the customer service was exceptional. The cashier was super friendly and helpful. View all feedback.
What Grace doesn't like about Sweetfrog:
Arrived approximately 10 minutes prior to closing to be told by Katalia (not sure how to spell her name) the store was closed. When I informed her it wasn't 9pm (closing time) she went to the register to check the time. She verified it was not 9pm but still refused to serve me. When I asked for the manager she said there was no manager on duty and informed me she would notify the manager herself of her poor customer... View all feedback.

Crazy how the toppings is not self serve lol . Never been to a fro-yo place that’s not totally self served my whole life. We are all adults here, the cashiers shouldn’t be serving your ice cream, we should be given the option to do it ourself . My one and only suggestion , take it into consideration
Always so good every time we go. They are a bit expensive but I feel worth every dime.
They closed 4 hours only because of 20 minute rain showers in a shopping center where every other location/shop was open… disappointing
