Nando's Peri-peri - Langley

So I bought Whole chicken with Family pack rice as side and when we opened the box of rice it was 30% empty.I buy Nando's food 3-4 times a month on an average and it was never that EMPTY ever before.So I called them and voiced out myconcern and the staff said they are just following the Head office instructions. They're told to PORTION the food for the cost cutting reasons. Its not in their hands as they're just following orders from corporate level.

We’ve been ordering here for a couple of years, and we’ve given this specific Nandos many chances but tonight was the last time we will be ordering here. This is the WORST Nandos in the lower mainland when you order. They fill up their containers 1/3 of the way. I’ve called and complained and even sent pictures, and I’ve been told it’s their “policy” to only fill things up a certain amount. I get that, but 1/3? 45 dollars for a spoon of potatoes? And they don’t even cut the chicken into multiple pieces like every other location does. It’s ridiculous. The workers there don’t seem to care, and if their management truly is telling them to rip off customers then this location has lost mine and my family’s support. You’ll spend less on gas driving to another location than what you’ll lose out on paying for food from here, trust me.

Love Nandos chicken . But tonight ordered take out and that was fine . I bought 4 bottle waters and chicken 50 bucks 10 tip so 60 so really good for take out. I sat down with my 4 friends for an important meeting knowing they closed at 930 and at 916 we where told they where closed . I am fine with it BUT the guy was rude. We left and I told my friends that maybe he was having a bad night. Thought you want to knowParking: Lots

Took them more than 30 mins to prepare my $25 order for dine in. Food was fresh and tasty but service sucks! Could hear more chit chat than actual work.

Worst location I been to. Chicken was burnt. The smallest leg piece you ever seen in your life. Half the amount mashed potatoes you get at other locations. These girls skimp out on your positions like they own the place and don’t know how to cook. It’s really embarrassing for Nandos. My co-workers said the avocado on the salad is the worst and others hated their meal as well. First and last time here.
