Stopped in around 1pm on a Tuesday. Busy vibe throughout the restaurant. Lounge, restaurant & patio all hopping. Seated quickly as a couple on the patio. Server was efficient with getting our drinks out to us. Ugly wheat ale & the summer smash, a gin cocktail. Started with the tuna stack appetizer to share. Nicely prepared. Fresh & nice citrus taste & well seasoned. Ran out of wafers so just ate with our forks....too... View all feedback.

Family celebration with 5 years. Good greeting, immediately shown on our table service at the table was OK, started with haste, but fell too slow. Food ordered quickly arrived and complete No further service questions lighting in the outdoor extension quite... difficult to read the menu. Initially cold but heating came to so much more comfortable. The second visit was not the first! Touch disappointed View all feedback.
Just went over to Cactus Langley for a quick visit...had a couple of apetizers. Both the Ceviche and Lettuce wrap were amazing as usual. The consistency of their dishes is always as expected. We sat at the bar, no drinks tonight for us still the service was amazing...he kept refilling our water...much appreciated on a warm summer evening. Simple water, but is a mistake many restaurants make...we dined in Vancouver not long ago, popular restaurant in Granville Island...horrible service...had to ask for water several minutes after we were seated. At Cactus both bar tenders handled their business like a harmonized dance... very professional. We come to this restaurant quite often for dinner, or a quick bite like tonight...the service is always good. We enjoy our visits.
This is my first time to the Langley Cactus club and as usual the food doesn’t disappoint however it certainly took a long time to arrive. Our server was mediocre. They don’t have a kids menu which is disappointing so you end up spending 20 bucks on chicken tenders. It’s really good bad how expensive it is to go for lunch these days. 3 stars
Saturday 2:45pm called to see if they allow dogs on their patio. Person said yes. Got to the restaurant, got seated, manager comes in and asks for our certificate for a service dog. Obviously we don 't have a service dog because when we called, the person said dogs were allowed but DID NOT specify that it had to be a service dog. Manager asked us to leave without really saying too much other than "it 's our policy. "Totally not our fault. They could have offered us a gift card or something for the inconvenience and lack of overall company policy.Disappointed. Poor customer service. Negative stars if that could be an option.
Came as a group of 7 yesterday night (Friday). I understand that it was a little busy but the service was abysmal. The server acted like they were doing us a favour by serving us. We were 7 but were given a seating space big enough for 5 on the heated patio. Then I had to stand for 15 minutes while they brought chairs for us to sit.The server also disappeared for the duration of our dinner and we had to constantly ask the other wait staff to call them for us. They also forgot our drink order. The server never smiled or even asked us if the food was any good. While paying the bill, the server had the audacity to ask us that “oh I hope you guys weren’t celebrating anything since I forgot to ask in the beginning”Not sure if we offended the server in any way but they clearly did not want to serve us.I wish I asked someone to change our server as it would’ve made my dining experience a little more human.I’ve been to cactus club cafes around the lower mainland more times than I can count, with bigger and smaller groups. This service was the worst ever. Mcdonalds gives better service.Definitely not returning to this location.
Honestly I've ordered and eaten at this location so many times and usually it's pretty good. But when I ordered food tonight it was ice cold when we got home even though I only live 5 minutes away. I asked for no tomato and no pickles on my burgers but recieved both, and the cheese wasn't even melted on them either. Super unfortunate when you spend $80 on food.
