During my recent work trip, I stayed at the Courtyard for two nights and, as usual, had a positive experience. Upon arrival, there was a minor mix-up with my reservation, but the staff quickly resolved it and were delightful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a couch and a chill area that I appreciated. The bartender at the restaurant was welcoming and recommended tasty options like chicken tenders in buffa... What Evelyn R doesn't like about The Bistro At Courtyard By Marriott:
The hotel has always been a great place to stay but i feel it's gotten worse especially this year. By 5 o'clock there's no service. No one around if you want something to eat or drink. There is a Starbucks which closes so early if you're not up by 9am you can forget your coffee and breakfast because they are closed. I definitely wouldn't recommend anymore. There are other places in the area. The service needs so much... View all feedback.
They charged me $270 for a $154 room charge. If I hadn 't looked at my bank statement I would not have known. I checked in and out with the mobile app and had no contact with the front desk. The General Manager Antoni told me it was a hold as a security charge, and he had credited it. I had never authorized it so how did I get charged. He said there was and email, but when he looked for it and found no email then agreed I wasn 't notified. He said they would have told me at the front desk but I never went to the front desk, I had a mobile key. Isn 't $120 security fee exorbitant for a $154 room?? Shouldn 't a hold be cleared when you check out and the only thing on your card be the charge for the room? I stayed there before so looked at those statement 's and the hold charge never appeared before, just the room charge was listed. Why was it there this time and still there 24 hours later, and in addition, only credited when I called about it?? Be careful!
Hi I stayed at the courtyard at Marriott in langhorne Pa I stood there for several days I have to say the hotel was very clean Hotel staff was excellent and very Accommodating!!! the Manager Tony made us feel very welcome and was very knowledgeable for what I and my family needed during our stay This hotel deserves 5 stars across the board on everything!!!! Thank you Tony we will be back again thank you for excellent customer service!!! and your help if all the Hotels were run the way Tony F. runs the hotel here in langhorne Pa. The Marriott would reach it's Zenith!!!! thank you again Tony and staff !!!!!
Really a lovely place, nice rooms spotless cleanliness. Fair prices. For whatever reason there was just one overworked front desk clerk, albeit very helpful and skillful. He was quite busy doing two peoples jobs. Nice bistro. Long wait for someone to help me. As soon as she arrived from points unknown she started making food for others. After a bit the bistro attendant helped me telling me what we wanted was unavailable. Since I didn't bring my phone I was directed to the front desk to call the room to inquire what substitutions were good. Shoulda just walked back. There was a wait and a bit of a process, but again when they got to me the desk clerk was professional and helpful. We are in a new paradigm. I hope that the availability of skilled labor and supply chain disruptions are resolved soon.
I have stayed here more than a few times as we have a manufacturing facility that is close by in Bristol. This location is very close to Sesame Place, so I imagine it's going to be very busy over the nicer weather months- but it's perfect for when I have to come visit the area. I'm always greeted pleasantly, taken care of, and the rooms are just fine for business travelers. I'm not a huge fan of using the in-shower sundries, but other than that this is a great place to call home for business trips. Today, I was in a HUGE pinch since I needed to get birthday cards out for both my mother and my father today in order to make it to FL on time this weekend. Angie at the front desk helped me out- and I believe the cards will arrive if not the day of, at the very least the day before! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Courtyard Philadelphia Langhorne.
We typically stay at a Marriott property and this didn't disappoint. The staff accommodated all our requests (balcony, room near elevator etc. and we loved The Bistro and Starbucks on site. Only thing- it's near Sesame Place and there may be lots of little kids in the pool and at the fire pit. At The Bistro we ordered appetizers; roasted Brussels sprouts, a trio of dips with fantastic fries, a chicken-bacon quesadilla and ricotta meatballs. All wonderful.
