Tgi Fridays Oxford Valley - LANGHORNE

The wait for a table wasn't too bad, even though the host mentioned they didn't receive the open table reservations. I'm not sure why that happened. They also didn't have the drink I ordered, which seems to be becoming a trend. The Princeton location usually has everything available. We always try to give this restaurant the benefit of the doubt because we've been loyal customers. However, lately, we've been heading to other places more frequently to avoid disappointment.

To Open Table: On Friday, I learned that this restaurant does not honor reservations made through Open Table, and they have informed the service about this. Please help your users by removing this restaurant from your app.

We made a last-minute decision to dine out and used OpenTable to secure a reservation. Upon arrival, we were seated right away, even though there were about 20 people waiting for tables. The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the service exceeded our expectations.

Food was very good. There was only one problem... my mashed potatoes were cold. By the time I could get our servers attention I was about 1/2 done with my meal. She did bring out hot potatoes but it wasn't the same as having them with my whole meal.

Food was improperly prepared twice!! Took 3 times to get it right! Therefore, the two of us ate separately.
