Fearable experience to say the least. It was 1 bowling night? what is very misleading, I have no problem for shoes and per game to pay, but you do not know that until after the games you play. Cheap delicious food. However, the balls remained firm and slowed down our game

Stephanie is so great! Informative, polite despite my millions of questions and just so sweet! Great customer service!
The reception lady, the names of the people who came in, had terrible customer service, I had waited 2 hours to go bowling, so my friend went up and asked if we were next in the line and she said we were. She called someone else's name twice, so I went up and said that she called my name a while ago, I asked if she called him twice because she was so loud inside and she said no. She finally asked if we wanted to return our name at the end of the waiting list when 20 other people were on it that came an hour after us instead of saying that we will be next. My friend disappeared for two hours and didn't even come to the bowl.
We were forced to wait an hour for an open lane on one dollar tuesday nights, simply because there was a league taking up the bowling lanes that night. Why are there league events scheduled on the arguably the busiest night?
