Dunkin' Donuts - LANGHORNE

They messed up my friends drink which I get happens but it was completely the wrong drink then what I asked

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever visited. To start, the woman who took my order was extremely rude. I ordered a chai latte, a toasted bagel with cream cheese, and a coffee cake muffin. After waiting for 15 minutes, I had to ask about the chai latte, which I still hadn’t received. Eventually, another cashier went to make it but soon realized they were out of chai. She then asked me what I would like instead, and I opted for a matcha latte. What I received was two spoons of matcha mixed with hot water, stirred together and served to me, as you can see from the picture. The amount was disappointing, and the taste was quite unpleasant. The coffee cake muffin was hard and seemed like it was a few days old. Overall, the customer service was terrible. Had the first cashier bothered to make the latte right after taking my order, she would have noticed the chai was unavailable instead of making me wait. Her attitude reflected her lack of concern. This was a waste of money, and it doesn’t make sense to go back there. There’s another Dunkin’ just two miles away. Given the reviews for this location, it seems they are selling stale products and should be reported.

Every time I visit this Dunkin' Donuts, I try to be optimistic, but I'm let down each time. I always order hash browns, and they're consistently hard, overcooked, and barely warm. If you're looking for old, pre-made hash browns, this is the place for you. This time, I made sure to check and requested fresh hash browns. They really should know better!

Warning! This restaurant has a serious roach problem. I actually spotted a roach on a bagel. It's shocking that the health department hasn't closed them down yet. Save your money and choose a different place. The environment is dirty, and the staff, mostly kids, are impolite and more interested in lounging at the counter and using their phones. The owner is just as unfriendly. I definitely do not recommend this establishment. Zero stars.

Was roughly about 8:30 in the morning. Got two 50 piece munchkin boxes. They all tasted like they were 2 days old, all stale and dried out. Had to throw it all away. Very sad because I love Dunkin donuts. I even worked at one a while back.
