The service however leaves a lot to... read more We had a lovely stay but it is a bit rough around the edges! We dined and had the tasting menu, and the food was fantastic. The service however leaves a lot to be desired. We were asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to our dinner reservation… and then waited at least 15 minutes to be served a drink. The staff also seemed to have preset conversational questions to ask like ‘what was your favourite dish’ but all the conversation felt forced and unfriendly, and our greeting on arrival was the opposite of welcoming (as I noted in another review). Overall a nice night away due to the food but wouldn’t recommend for a special occasion

O... read more Attended for a celebration meal today after completing the London Moonwalk in aid of Breast Cancer charity. Was greeted at the front desk with a warm welcome. Our waiter Angus was both attentive and friendly, genuinely interested in our weekend together and made us feel very special, an assest to the restaurant and the Ivy brand.Food was delicious and surroundings sublime.
