Contribute FeedbackOverall, reviews for the restaurant were mixed. Many diners were disappointed with the quality of the food, particularly the lack of toppings on the pizzas and overseasoned calamari. Service was also a common complaint, with slow wait times and inattentive staff noted. However, some positive reviews mentioned improvements in customer service and a varied menu suitable for family gatherings. While pricing was considered high for the quality of food, the restaurant's convenience and extensive menu offerings were highlighted as positives. In conclusion, Boston Pizza may be hit or miss depending on individual experiences.
Our server was very attentive and efficient. I had chicken wings, banderra pizza bread and salad. It was all fresh and delicious.
Stopped in after Hockey. Service was good. Ordered a Boston Royal pizza, no flavour. No sauce on pizza at all. Used to be one of my favourite pizzas so not sure why the change but not for the better. Shared hot wings which were really...good.
We live just down the road and have never been here before. We had a late lunch/dinner and our meals were very good and so was the service. It was not overly busy but it was late afternoon and not really dinner time yet. We...will come again and try something different as the menu is quite extensive. The only thing of note was the miniscule sized shrimp in the Fettuccine Jambalaya.
Beer is cold. Food is OK. A lot of staff walking around yet the washroom looks like a disaster.
Not bad at all. I'd recommend it to others. Staff sometimes seem a bit young and not very professional, but what can ya do.
