Terrible!!! Don't order! I called and I was told the delivery would take 2 hours...then I said I didn't want the citizens. After about 5min I was called back and asked where I live and that the order can be delivered on 40 min. Then I decided to order. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, the citizens were still not there and I called again...you could no longer remember me and you were unfortunately very unfriendly and no excuse or compensation was offered.

The owner of this snack, Yassir Rakrak wanted to sell me a car. When he got the money, the keys were suddenly no longer found and the papers turned out to be fake. Since then, he hasn't known himself anymore and becomes violent when you talk to him before his snack. The money is fussy and particularly annoying is that many more people fall in on the dear and innocent mash of Yassir Rakrak. In the thought, the food just doesn't taste even if someone else is behind the grill.

We ordered here today. The owner is totally intrusive and swung all the time from a hotel in Eschweiler where he wants to open a Shisha Bar. SOGAR A STERN IST TO VIEL! We had ordered Chilli Cheese Burger. The bread burned completely and hard. The meat was extremely salty and inedible, the covering was more than in it! It was a reddish mischievous sauce that had nothing to look for and was extremely hot (and we like to eat sharply!) They just ran 100g jalapeños on it, so you didn't taste anything more than that! I simply find it unharmed and disrespectful that you offer to customers. Whoever reads this please don't do this to you and prefer to go somewhere else! Never again!
