Besides very good coffee and friesian apple cake I must mention the matjesbrötchen. they are really good, here is the price of performance ratio, instead of a standard weizenbrötchen with a matjes you get here a multi-grain bun with 2 matjes for little more. Unfortunately, we could only enjoy it once. If we should be there again, it will be safe.
One sits nicely in beach baskets in the immediate vicinity and look at the railway station with the decorative draws, which enter and exit hourly. the self-suffered coffee is very good. the breakfast offers are cheaply moderate (under 10 €) with the exception of the breakfasts with fish, because of the high fish prices it was temporarily taken entirely from the map. the foods are fresh of neat quality. the service is very friendly and endeavored, but not professional (which applies to the predominant number of gastronomy of the island, as with all holiday islands that fall annually into a winter sleep).
We were in the info caffe once a day. the location is located near the train station. there are nice seating options with beach baskets and sandbox for children. When we were there at 13 o'clock, there was no ice cream listed on a table. the alternative ice chocolate was cheap but at best moderate. the service was not the fastest and somehow one seemed a little overwhelmed. Probably one had a bad day.
Looking for a restoration, we came across the advertisements as well as the homepage of the island café and took a walk to this. Before we looked at the homepage and found opening hours from Monday to Sunday. We did not find an explicit reference to business holidays. It's annoying, 'cause that's how we stood in front of a locked door...
