We stopped here on a cycle on a Sunday and had coffee and cake. The alcoholic cakes were delicious and the service unusually good for Switzerland. The coffee was good too. Next time I might not sit right next to the road! View all feedback.

Die Qualität des Essens entspricht einer soliden Küche, was gut ist jedoch ohne grosse Highlights. Beurteilung fällt auf befriedigend, weil es für sehr gut nicht reicht. Gut ist meiner Meinung nach die passende Beurteilung. Zu erwähnen gilt es, dass das Café Knaus eine sehr schöne Theke hat mit frischer Patisserie, Sandwiches, Salate, Gebäck, etc. Ein Besuch lohnt sich. Aussen kann im Sommer auf der Terrasse vor dem Eingang und hinten gegessen werden.
Ich war mit meiner Frau und den Schwiegereltern zu Besuch in diesem Cafe mit Charme, sehr gutem Essen und Süssigkeiten aller Art die seinesgleichen sucht. Hier stimmt einfach alles und hierher wird man immet wieder einmal kommen.

Addendum 03/24/2024: First, thank you for the answer! Now there's news from my side... today there was the ice cream. The last impression was completely confirmed today! I was served again by the same lady. Really super friendly and even knew what I had ordered last week. That deserves my utmost respect! The ice cream was delicious I'll definitely be back, thank you! 03/17/2024: I was never happy here before tonight I thought I'd try it again... a lot has changed. It was worth it! Top service! and food was good. Next time we'll have ice cream
