The waitress that served us was amazing, she escorted us to the beef fridge and introduced us to the various cuts of meet then explained (in excellent English) how it's aged and how they air dry it to get a better flavour/texture.

Was plenty to share and we shared 2 platters between 7. No one went hungry. Service is a little slow.

The ambiance is really good, the service of 1st class and the meat.... well, if I 've been there 3 consecutive times, you can immagine that I REALLY enjoyed it. The hamburger was one of the best that I 've ever eaten (and I 've eaten many really good hamburgers during my trips in the USA... , with the correct brioche bun and sweet carolina fries, not easy to be found. The rumpsteak of 1st quality, really worth the price. This group of young guys is working well, VERY well.

Patrons vary from couples to families who do not have noisy children. We would definitely return again.
