This review refers to the first contact and NOT to the hotel itself!My husband and I have a voucher for a day spa 64€ pp. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to redeem it. If I want to book a day online is the earliest date July 2023!!!!! When I contacted the hotel by phone, this was the only way to meet me, I should book a day online! Restaurant Tenne 5 courses menu.Very good food selection especially the regional ingredients was very happy. Also the regional wines and sparkling wine have adapted! Recommendation: Due to the schnapps car at the end, there are still real highlights!

Already when entering the hotel you feel comfortable and feel the relaxed atmosphere. We stayed 3 nights there and it was a relaxing short holiday. The food (breakfast, fruit /kitchen snack, dinner) was always very good and plentiful. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, whether at reception, in the restaurant or in the hotel bar. The spa area and especially the tower pool/the tower sauna were very nice. My absolute highlight was swimming in the forest pool before breakfast. The pool was almost alone. We'll be back.
