Starbucks - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I have been coming to this restaurant for many years. Today, I ordered a refreshing drink that was good. My only complaint was that one of the girls seemed hesitant about taking all the drink orders. I also ordered a double chocolate chip drink, which was terrible. When the drink was brought to me, I didn't realize it was mine because it was not called out. I have been coming to this restaurant for about two years now and recently I rated it a 3, but I must say they have improved! The staff may have been short-handed, but they were incredibly kind and friendly. The new manager, Brittney, is fantastic and the server, Ella, is incredibly sweet. My drinks were delicious and the staff was ready to assist in any way they could. It was a wonderful way to start the day! View all feedback.
