Our family were on a roadtrip and we stopped at bojangles in Landrum to get dinner. We ordered a plain grilled chicken sandwich, 4 chicken tender Meals among a few other things. The first issue was the sandwich came with lettuce and tomato on it after we asked for it to be plain which was an easy fix, but when we started to eat the chicken sandwich once we dismantled it, I realized that the chicken was completely raw on the inside. Thank God we noticed it before it was eaten and before I got sick. Along with the raw chicken sandwich the customer service was awful. The ladies at the window were talking and laughing with each other so loud while we were trying to order our food that it took several minutes of repeating it over and over again to several different people in order for them to finally get it right. . This was by far the worst experience with bojangles that we have ever had, and something needs to be done before a customer gets deathly ill and bojangles gets involved in a law suit.
