At the base I hate restaurants because it's always the same thing, dear and more often not very good, we can't cook the same thing at home.But then I was bleaked by "between brothers"! My wife had heard of it with a friend and she forced me to go. So I went without conviction. I saw that the card was short, I said "it must be fresh," I ordered the menu at 35 euros flat entrance and dessert. We had a mouth-breaking before the entrance and I hallucinated it was an explosion of flavor. I said to my wife "bein tell me if it follows behind, it's clear we'll be back." and great from the entrance to the dessert I was conquered by the presentations of plates, the associations of tastes and in addition to me who eats well, I was hungry! The only small flat was the service a little long, but since I returned there is a nice waitress and efforts made on this side so I am satisfied. In all this, it's the only restaurant I can't put his dishes at home, much too elaborate. My wife is delighted, because now I willingly accept a little outing at the restaurant so it's a treat! I appreciate the change of card with fresh products each season, it’s always on top in the plate! I can't wait to go back to the new card!I sincerely advise you. Good tasting!

This restaurant opened a little over a year ago is really an address to the top! we went there shortly after the opening, by curiosity (from mouth to ear) and we were conquered. already the front and the room are beautiful and pleasant. The chef deserves to be known by his talent, he offers only fresh products, for proof a map offering around 4/5 admissions, 4/5 courses and 4 desserts. option to choose from menu or menu. very affordable price compared to the quantity and quality of the plates. (from 25 to 35 euros including entrance, dish and dessert). This chef makes us discover mixtures of flavors that we don't know, accompaniments of small vegetables, various purées, sauces. with an incredible taste, and its raw materials are of exceptional quality, it perfectly masters cooking...I haven't been going to the restaurant for years because too disappointed to always pay dear to eat banal things to see frozen. This chef has reconciled me with the restaurant, we have returned to each new card since our first visit and we have never been disappointed. all the more so because he's as gifted for his salty dishes as for his desserts, very impressive! and there I'm only talking about evenings at the restaurant. But I know that he offers different menus for people working in the sector, and I'm also told of good. So, even the professional, you can go there with your eyes closed!

Excellente idée de nos amis briécois de nous faire découvrir cet établissement. Difficile de trouver des mots pour décrire cette expérience culinaire : époustouflant, raffiné,nouveautés, produits du terroir ... bref ravis de cette soirée. Tout était parfait, bien sûr la cuisine du chef mais également le service avec un excellent rapport quaité/prix, difficile de trouver mieux dans le seceur. Nous y reviendrons lors de prochaines vacances sans hésitation et partagerons cette belle adresse. Continuez ainsi, c'est parfait.

Nice little restaurant where we took the menu at 27€. The dishes were good as well as the wines the impeccable service. Good value for money. A small personal reserve: the vegetables that accompany my fish are slightly too salty. And to finish: very good mastery of desserts with a very creative presentation.

Un déjeuner avec un prix tout à fait correct pour un repas digne d'un restaurant gastronomique. Je conseil vivement cette adresse vous ne serez pas déçu tant par le service que par la qualité des mets.
