The lobby was dirty! I mean disgusting, food all over the table?s! Napkins, food and garbage all over the floors. Garbage over flowing the trash cans. We were o... read more The lobby was dirty! I mean disgusting, food all over the table?s! Napkins, food and garbage all over the floors. Garbage over flowing the trash cans. We were one of two families in the establishment. While we were there one employee filled the napkinsbecause I had to ask for them because they were out. All the employees were just standing around. When I went to ask for amanager to tell them about how dirty it was. The manager proceeded to tell me they have been busy with a bus. We had beensitting in there for at least 20 minutes. They were not busy at the time! Needs to be cleaner!

Burger King got our order right away and the employee was very courteous. Wendy?s inRiverton sucks.

This experience, however, was decidedly substand... read more We usually love eating at Wendy?s because of the value, the flavor, and the convenience for gluten-free eating. This experience, however, was decidedly substandard. I got the impression staff were more interested in going home than in serving the customerswho fund their paychecks. The food was okay but not great, the service passable (barely) but not exceptional, and the overallexperience was nothing like we?ve come to expect from Wendy?s. Maybe extenuating circumstances contributed to our experience.Hopefully others have a better experience than we did, because we were very disappointed.
