She was happy to oblige and served the oyster in English along with instructions and a demonstration of how to eat the oyster. It was a lot of fun and tasted good.
The freshness of the oysters, a good muscadet, a tasting of seaweed tartare, sublime, we bought some. All with a warm welcome, real sympathy from our hostess, a good mood. Full box.
