We ate dinner within the hotel restaurant as we were staying there at the time. The staff were very helpful in clarifying items on the menu. The food was very good as was the service. The price was reasonable and similar to that which we...experienced throughout our trip. View all feedback.
What Demis Bianchi doesn't like about Hotel Schrofenstein e.U.:
Terrible service. Waiter didn't bring us some beers and apple shtrudel. At the end he put us eur on top of the bill. The attitude of the waiter and the restaurant manager was unacceptable. Keep this in mind when you go there. View all feedback.
We stopped here mid morning for a couple of cups of coffee. They were served quite quickly but were not piping hot and could be drunk almost immediately. The cost of €3.10 each was reasonable. My wife said that the ladies toilets were clean and...di not smell.
We waited so long for our meal to come, waiters can’t speak english, so if you want to order something you need to at least know some german words. I orderd soup and beef with roasted potatoes and they brought both of the meals to...the table at the same time. Waiter diden’t apologise and even told us we said we want it this way. Even though the service isn’t the best the food was very delicious so I give it 3/5
The restaurant is located in the ground floor of Hotel Schrofenstein with easy access for hotel guests and exyernsl visitors both. It offers a variety of cosy located tables with an option for a private room for a group of guest. The menu is filled...with excellent, local, tasty dishes. Late lunch sets are also an option All served by friendly and attentive staff. This restaurant is definately the most elegant option in town.
