The beef broth for the pressed dumpling soup is home-made and does not come from a bag. The onion roast was perfect and the sauce was definitely homemade. The spaetzle served with it also appears to be homemade and does not come from the wholesale market. I have rather high standards when it comes to food, but I had nothing to complain about.
