There are seven different types of frits and eleven different sauces, of which Chimi Churri is recommended. Citizens are also available as a vegan variant and this is at least as delicious. Almost all sauces are also vegan. The beef, rolls and potatoes for the frits are from the region. The atmosphere is also very nice, not least because of the good music of the 70s and the very friendly service.
