Breakfast isn't inc... read more The location is what sells this place. Right next to the beach which we loved. No parking however we had to pay and display £4 for 12 hours. Breakfast isn't included but that's okay because you can have it there for small extra charge or walk across to the perch cafe which is beautiful and right next to the sea. Bathroom smelt a bit like mold and the room is right next to a main round about so gets busy during the day corsing alot of noise.

I had ch... read more My Birthday today and i wanted afternoon tea. Spent most of day trying to find one and gave up. I had heard great things about roast here so gave a go. I had chicken bf had beef. I really really enjoyed it and im fussy. Asked for my gravy on side but came out with gravy over. She apologised and got a another roast straight away. It was hot which is important for me. More carrots would have been great as so nice. Prosecco good too. Highly recommend
