The White Cross - Lancaster

For the first time in approx. 15 years back to the white cross, only on the basis of the travel advisor great reviews. wow. it is a completely different experience. When we arrived, the bar staff got our drinks and asked if we were eating. then he told us that we feel comfortable and get ourselves when our table was ready. everyone was amazing. they were attentive, but not in our faces. eating, eating is perfection. I've never eaten better. everything we had was great. they will not regret their visit, I promise

Just enjoyed the best Sunday lunch at the White Cross pub in Lancaster. The food, staff and atmosphere was incredible!! The staff were exceptional with our young children!�Looking forward to our next visit! X

Wow what can I say. Superb service, friendly staff and knowledgeable, large range of beers, food fab, had scallops for starter and lamb for main and both were lush. My husband and parents enjoyed their meals too. Will definitely recommend the White Cross to everyone either for drinks or food in the friendly atmosphere created by all

Food is second to none, service is the best and very good value for quality. My new favourite place to eat.

Oh my goodness! I've just visited for the first time and I will definitely return asap! Absolutely incredible food. Very tasty lamb dinner and the baked camembert starter was divine. The staff are shining stars- my favourite thing about the visit! Service is very attentive and you can tell the staff are happy and love their job. Thank you!
