The restaurant was a great choice for Valentine's Day. They offered a promotion of buy one hot chocolate or frappuccino and get one free. However, I have been to other Starbucks locations that were nicer than this one.

I recently stopped by for a takeaway cappuccino and ended up pouring it down the drain. It tasted just like a cup of hot milk.

I really enjoy the delicious coffee at this spot, and the store is always kept clean. The staff are also very friendly and polite. This is definitely my preferred coffee house in Lancaster.

After visiting several Starbucks drive throughs this is the worst by far. For a new complex it was very grubby behind the counter from the drive through window. Cups, split drinks, straws etc all over the floor while staff were standing on their phones doing nothing. The shop was empty so clean up

This place was disgusting, from the tables and the upholstery to the general cleanliness of the space. There were large dust clumps under the baskets that held the to buy goods. Apart from that, 1 staff members uniform looked like the great unwashed, and he didn’t look very clean either. To which he then went outside to have a cigarette with a friend who was not working but stood drinking almost behind the counter. Due to this they were paying more attention to the friend chatting and joking rather than being attentive to customers, now getting my drink wrong!!! It appears that he was more interested in his friends of who there was another with a child in there. This social club needs to meet somewhere else. I won’t be returning and I’m sure that someone who owns the place should nip and do an inspection.
