Neptune Fish And Chips Takeaway

The food was tasty and not overly greasy. I have had better meals and also worse. The mushy peas were especially delicious. If the chips had been cooked a bit longer, this restaurant could have earned 4 stars.

I have been going to this fish and chip shop for a long time and have been mostly happy with the food. However, I have noticed that the curry sauce has changed recently and seems to be watered down and very thin. I think I will need to find another place to try.

We usually go down to the quay for fish and chips in Lancaster but decided to give this one a try. Everything was freshly coooked on order and the two young girls serving were pleasant and helpful. No smell of stale fat. It's easy to park outside or nearby. Prices and portion size were as expected.
