This is a wonderful spot to enjoy a coffee and cake with a view of Morecambe Bay. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Just keep in mind that it can get quite crowded at times. View all feedback.

We had to wait for almost half an until being served! Each time with another excuse just because they are too cheap to have enough waiters and the ones that they have are too tired to actually go between the customers! The said coffee that they talk about is not worth the wait....
Let's make it absolutely clear....the front line staff at this Costa do a first class job....generally friendly, courteous and efficient. And the place itself is welcoming with comfortable seating. A good place to be. However, the opening time of 8am might in this day and age, the age of the coffee drinker, might seem a little late? Perhaps not, although most coffee shops carrying the Costa and Caffe Nero names, for example, throw their doors open much earlier. But 8am it is....on the dot! No matter how many people might be huddled together outside, come hail, rain or shine, it has to be 8am....not a second earlier! Presumably orders from above. And then when you finally cross the threshold you discover a senior management person occupying a table for four with a laptop, it can jar somewhat. But, having said that, well done to the staff in front of house...keep up the good work and thank you!
While my flat mate and I never entered the store today, and got a delivery via Ubereats, this Costa branch has probably been one of the best places of customer service we’ve ever received. We placed our order via Ubereats, and after a few missed calls etc, we discovered that it had been a busy morning and the hot food items we had ordered were out of stock. We were offered a replacement of different types, or to get in contact with Ubereats themselves to sort out a refund. We just asked for a random mix off the hot food items they had in stock, and the women on the phone couldn’t have been more apologetic. Maybe ten fifteen minutes, our new order had been delivered. And aside a cute note on the bag again apologising for the issue, and wishing our food was good, we’d discovered they’d not only replaced our hot food with the ones in we’d changed, but actually given us an extra hot food product and an extra muffin, all free of charge. This has been a tough year for everyone, and especially after a very not normal Christmas, it has made the end of the year so much sweeter. Thank you to all the staff at Morecambe Costa, and good luck in the new year.
Great and interesting new flavours of orange hot chocolate. Spot on guys, strict COVID measures too I feel safe.
Visited Morecambe and needed a coffee and Costa was there and it wasn't busy. Lots of tables with empty cups and other items. Had to clear a table. After having drinks and something to eat my partner went to thr toilet, I said I would go after him. Well I dint even go. Had to use another establishments. What my partner told me about the toilets I can't put on here as it would be disgusting. We didn't report it as the cafe was busy on leaving and it wasn't appropriate what the content of the conversation would be. I am under the understanding that the toilets have a check list to tick once cleaned.?..
