You have to go at the right time. Preferably 1st, 7am-2pm And not close to shift change. There is a lot that has to occur to get things ready for 2nd and if it's been busy that makes it even harder for both employees and Customers.Cindy is a great Master Grill Op and a wonderful server. Way to much playing and yelling! One of the young ladies (worker) kept going and playing music it was loud they were loud! Hash browns were not done! Very miserable experience! View all feedback.

Very disappointed in the time we had to wait for our food. It wasn't a difficult order Belgian waffle 2 eggs over easy, 2 sausage patties, cheese grits coffee. 2nd order was hash browns scattered coffee. Waited over 45 minutes to be served. When we finally received the orders the grits, toast and eggs were cold. The only thing that was hot was the chili that was topped on the hash browns!!!Not going back!!! BTW, $26.+tip..
Came just after the dinner rush . 2nd shift was friendly and bubbly even though they had clearly been slammed for hours with the dinner rush. My table was clean and the service and food were great!Employees from 3rd shift started to arrive and the entire mood shifted. Noticably. The 3rd shift grill operator stomped in and out of the restaurant complaining and trying to start arguments with other employees. It was disgusting and unprofessional behavior.Attitude is everything. And hers is NASTY ?
Great food and even better service. I have visited on several occasions and Josh #1 Josh #2 are very friendly and took the time to answer my questions. Everyone there is always very friendly. I love the ChickenFeatures: Everyone wears a mask, they sanitize the tables between each table change over.Wheelchair accessibility: The server helped my mom out to the car who was walking with a cane.
