York Shore House - Lancaster

I don't really like fish, but the fish in this store is the best ever. I actually lived near Lancaster and ate there often, but have moved out of the state. Whenever we are in town, we have to stop and get some, my whole family absolutely LOVES it. Nothing better!

The secret is in the dough. The fish and chips, and chicken and chips are tender and deep-fried in a family secret battery that I am sure contains a good amount of quality beer. The Clam Chowder is delicious. A family business that has been successful for over 30 years has been popular in the valley for decades. Place your order on the counter, then sit in a spacious dining room with solid wooden tables and chairs.
