Whataburger - Lancaster

The food was amazing! I ordered the triple burger with fries and a chocolate malt shake. Everything was fresh, and I didn't have to wait long for my meal. The service was excellent and friendly. I will definitely return!

I visited this Whataburger location and, while it took a bit of time for my food to arrive, it was served hot and my order was accurate, even with several personalized items. The staff was friendly and full of energy. They may have been short-staffed, which seems to be common at fast food places these days, so I understand the delay. I really appreciate it when my order is correct, the food is hot, and nothing is missing. I dislike getting home only to find my order isn’t what I wanted. Kudos to Lancaster Whataburger for a job well done!

The only reason why I'm giving Whataburger four stars it's because they no longer offer the jalapeno cheddar biscuit but I always stop at this Whataburger due to the fact the food is always hot, it's fresh and never a day old

This is the slowest and most disorganized Whataburger I've ever been to. I waited 40 minutes for my food in the lobby, despite being told it would be ready at 11. Three people ordered after me, and they all received their meals before I got mine. It seems like this location is run by inexperienced staff. I would definitely recommend avoiding it.

This place just keeps getting better and better. I have been coming to this Whataburger for 5 years now and it has been pretty bad in the past. Staffing was not always customer friendly. But this place has been doing a great job hiring staff that isfriendly, kind, and making Whataburger feel like home again. Keep up the great work. You guys have come a long way.
