The Downtown Bistro - Lancaster

My man and I were here for the first time a few days ago. that was delicious. I got the mushroom pork and my man got the chicken roast. I wasn't a fan of my mojito. I will come back in any case!

My husband and I had dinner here Friday night. my burger was delicious and he enjoyed his stir fry. A Great place to go for a date night in Lancaster.

We've gone to The Downtown Bistro several times and the food is always great. Chris has waited on us a couple times and he is very friendly and helpful. The service is quick and the presentation is top notch. We will continue to visit The Downtown Bistro and plan to take family and friends so they can experience this gem as well.

I don't know what happened. Sure it can be short staffed sometimes, but service was always excellent. Not an issue for me.I've been here three times before and the food was A .Though my wife and I came back for the first time in almost 8 months and the food was way off.The burger and onion rings was a favorite of mine, but the supplier must have changed. All of it is smaller, looks different, and doesn't taste very good a 4oz burger. I think the menu advertised 7oz maybe? Shredded iceberg (instead of romaine) on the burger and onion rings were way off too. It all just had much less quality to it.I promised myself I'd come back again and try something else, but something not so good happened to the burger/onion ring lineup.

We made reservations for 7:30 pm on a Saturday night. Arrived 7:25 and got immediately seated. The host took brought our drink order. 8:05 I hollered at a server to get them to stop and take our order. Food was excellent, the atmosphere was great on the patio listening to the band playing in the park. The waitress was eventually good service but they were severely under staffed for a Saturday night. Prices were good. I'd come back here but not on a busy Saturday night for sure.
