Starbucks - Lancaster

My comments apply to most, if not all, Starbucks.Like Apple, Starbucks sells a culture more than it sells products. It creates an atmosphere where a certain category gathers and enjoys more than coffee and food; the ambience has a signature. And, for this privilege, comes attached high prices. To me the cost of coffee does not quite match the quality. Close your eyes and take a sip. I am fairly sure I have tasted better for less.To be fair, there are certain items that grab me. The seasonal pumpkin spice latte with a dash of red chili pepper (not always available) is a welcome companion on a cold wintry evening, the mocha frappe for a hot summer afternoon, and the lemon cake slice at any time (lose the icing though; to me, it would still be as good).Staff is friendly.

They have a huge selection of drinks to please everyone even if you don't drink coffee! Try carmel macchiato with raspberry syrup instead of vanilla!Food: 5/5

Starbucks is always good. Haven't had any major problems with any of the Starbucks I stop at.Food: 5/5

I come to this starbucks on a daily basis, and I absolutely love it, it’s a favorite of many. They have never failed to make my drink, always amazing and I love the little stickers they put on cups :

The staff here is friendly (sometimes), however, this has got to be one of the worst ran Starbucks. They constantly run out of items and don’t share it on the app, then when you show up to get your items And it’s not there they get an attitude that they have to make you something different. You could also place your mobile order 20 minutes before arriving and it’s almost never ready on time, but people who walk in after you and order inside get their order immediately.
