The burger and fries were quite good. Service was friendly, but slow, and by the abundance of uncleared tables, I assume that was due to a lack of staff.

The table was dirty when sitting, but happy cleaned when I commented, but made of rose wine from zinfandel wein then burger sent with everything that was asked not to be on burger, who fries under cooked begged for well made. but the worst thing was the cheese sauce that had it in it, but no one could explain differently than it could be a wobbles from the wobbling station, no rabate. but many excuses

We went to the red Robin in Lancaster and the food was good and the employees were very friendly. But the smell of the place was making me sick. The carpets need to be changed. They don't need to be cleaned anymore they need to be replaced.

My mom, I came here one day after eating, and the service was very terrible. there were no hostess and the two people who had come to sit us seemed to have no idea where they would put us. our server was clearly new and had apparently no training, but he was very friendly. we were served free pommes to begin and some of them were cold as if they were frozen and partially thawed. although there were only 2 other parties in our section, service was terrible slow. eating was mediocre, which is not very surprising. overall I will not return and that was not worth my time or money.

The menu has many possibilities and the burgers are excellent. our main problem was that my wife asked that no pickles were on her teller, we told the waitress that clearly. my burger came in order, and the burger of my wife also looked good. after a few bites she discovered several cut pickles and could not finish it. we brought this attention to our waitress, and she confirmed that she had said NO torches in the kitchen, but nothing was done. they laughed simply and said that they are only 17 years old, cooking burgers, what they expect! will not return.
