I come here pretty often when I'm craving a sandwich. The staff is always polite and friendly. It does take a while to get the food, but I don't mind waiting. If you don't like crunchy bread that is packed with flavor then go elsewhere (like Subway) If you want a quality cold cuts and bread primo is the place for you. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Primo Hoagies:
The Huagies are delicious, but this place suffers from the fact that the employees are unable to properly prepare orders. They have repeatedly forgotten Mayo or vinegar or used the wrong bread. They are also extremely slow. Order online has you wait an hour before the food is ready, despite no customers inside. If you can drive another 10-15 minutes, you will receive food from the Lititz site. We never had problems. View all feedback.

The quality of the food was excellent, but customer service needs improvement. I completed an online order for 6 people (not a very large order) at 12:48 PM and it wasn't ready until 1:35 PM. Apparently, they had the pick-up time at the top of the email as 1:33 PM, but I was unaware and waited in the restaurant from 12:55-1:35 PM to see customer after customer being served as I waited for my order to be completed. No one told me that it wouldn't be ready until a later time. It was frustrating. If this is a normal occurrence, I wouldn't recommend ordering online. A person is better off ordering in person at the restaurant so they can process your order in a timely manner. I didn't express anger or frustration at the employees. I was simply confused as to why an online order took a long time to complete.
Once again. How do you mess up a order ????. I didn't get onions or hot peppers. Maybe they can't read the ticket ? . They even forgot oil and vinegar.
Ordered an Italian with Mayo, oil, and vinegar. Bread was stale and it was very dry overall. ALSO, where is the lettuce, tomato, and onion?!?!? Employees were distracted with their own side conversation, so I?m not surprised that my sandwich is messed up, but i?m still really disappointed.
