As a newcomer to the area, I've been searching for great places to dine on the weekends. I visited Phebies and was impressed by the friendly service and the delicious, homemade quality of the food. I will definitely be returning!
I really adore this restaurant! It always has a welcoming vibe that feels just like home. Every time I enter, the staff is incredibly friendly, even on those days when I'm a bit moody and hungry. Kasey, in particular, is a gem—she's wonderful and a fantastic waitress with a delightful attitude. I highly recommend giving this place a try! Don't let its exterior deter you; it's truly a hidden gem in the AV. You have to experience it for yourself—you'll be glad you did!
Fantastic restaurant with excellent service and mouthwatering food! If you're in the area like we were, we highly recommend trying their breakfast, although they offer lunch as well. We were quickly seated and our delicious, hot meals arrived in no time. Great job!
