Papa John's - Lancaster

I really enjoy the pizza from Papa John's. In my experience, other places I've tried don't taste as good without cheese. The quality of a pizza can truly be judged by how it tastes without cheese. Papa John's offers a great variety of vegetable toppings at a reasonable price, making it a great option for pizza lovers.

First I ordered my pizza online. It told me it would be delivered in 35-45 minutes. After an hour and 20 minutes I tried to call to check on my order. NO ONE answered the phone. It rang about 20 xs it was never answered. My wife then tried to call again, no one ever picked up the phone. I guess if you don't order it online then you're not ordering from Papa John's becausethey never answer the phone!

I think the place needs a little updating. Looks kinda run down around parking lot and store signs. But if your ordering delivery does it matter!

This is more for papa johns corporate but I ordered delivery before I placed my order there was no estimate given as soon as I placed it the estimate time was 2 hours I think it?s ridiculous you don?t get a estimate before you place your order.

I have been waiting over an hour and a half for my food. I called a half hour ago and was told they don?t have delivery drivers so it was being rerouted through DoorDash. Which I understood but then waited for another half hour and had to call to get inupdate. I did get a refund which I?m grateful for but if you don?t have delivery drives you shouldn?t have delivery as anoption. State it somewhere in the app or before placing the order.
