The cashier was enthusiastic and enthusiastic and didn't miss a beat and greet me when I came to the store. I wasn't familiar with the layout and told him I was there for a pickup job. I asked for the Sierra turkey, they asked if they could put it in the cheese bagels if they were out of the normal bread, I said ok. I had the pleasure of being served by the manager on duty, Brandon, who was an absolute joy! The customer service was outstanding, and he truly brightened my day. I noticed him making everyone who walked in feel welcome and happy. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, and the food was served incredibly quickly, with portions that exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I have to give another special mention to Brandon—he was truly amazing. This guy deserves a raise!

I can't believe how bad Panera food has gotten. Haven't been to a Panera in 5 years but going to this location today I won't be back to one any time soon. It was expensive and bland. The grilled cheese wasn't even grilled and the bread just like warm. My group got a variety of soup and we each felt like they came microwaved in a bag (which I am pretty sure they do). The salads we got were ok and so we're the bbq chicken sandwich but not worth the price.
